Website Log Information - This information is collected by our third-party hosting provider in the United States - DreamHost - to ensure the continued reliability and security of our website. It is not used to identify you individually or for marketing purposes; and, it is not sold or transferred to third parties. We may receive anonymized analytic summaries of this information to better understand how our site’s visitors use our website and how our website may be improved. We may retain summaries of this data in order to establish historical trends. We reserve the right to examine raw web server connection logs to protect the security of our website if needed. Email Communications - If you communicate with us using any of the links or addresses we provide which allow you to communicate us by email we will retain your communications for as long as is necessary in order to respond to you to and process your request. We reserve the right to delete such communications after we have responded to you.

Apple® App Analytics - Apple® may with your express permission allow us to access diagnostic information about issues you have encountered in using our apps (e.g., “bugs” or “crashes”). This information is provided to us in a form which does not personally identify you. You can make or update your preferences with respect to privacy within the Settings app category Privacy > Analytics & Improvements. Our website does not include cookies, trackers, or other means of gaining access to your personal identity, nor do we permit others to do so
We do not sell, share, or otherwise transfer app data or website log data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose, unless legally required to do so. We do not attempt to identify you in order to market to you directly.
Children
No content on our website or in our app is directed to children 13 years or under; and, our content is, with respect to objectionable material, appropriate for all ages. Children should ask their parents or other legal guardian to make any communications on their behalf; as, all communications from children will be deleted without response.
Deleting information
Some jurisdictions may require that we make it possible to delete information that personally identifies you (e.g., “Right to be Forgotten”). So far as is possible information regarding you will be removed from our records, with proper identification, and provided information is not contained within aggregated and/or anonymized data collections. Deletion of email communications will make it impossible for us to further service or acknowledge your future requests relating to previous communications; and, we will not be able to acknowledge the prior existence of such information.
Keep in mind that we may have no information regarding you. Web logs may have already been deleted prior to the receipt of your request. We cannot delete your anonymous contributions or information that has been incorporated into aggregated forms that do not disclose your identity.

Privacy Policy Updates
